Your weekly service includes:
- Weekly water chemistry testing and balancing
- Standard maintenance chemicals required to maintain proper water balance
- Surface skimming to remove normal floating debris
- Emptying skimmer and pump baskets
- Emptying cleaner bag or canister
- Brushing pool walls, steps, benches, and waterline tile as needed
- Spot vacuuming of normal dirt and debris as needed during routine weekly maintenance
- Visual inspection of pool equipment for proper operation
- Notification of equipment concerns or recommended repairs
- Weekly digital Pool Brain service report including technician notes and photos
Routine weekly service is intended to maintain a clean, healthy pool under normal operating conditions.
Pools requiring extensive vacuuming, excessive debris removal, green pool recovery, large amounts of sand or dirt removal, or cleanup resulting from monsoon storms, high winds, landscaping, construction, equipment failure, or prolonged neglect are considered Special Cleanup Services and are not included in routine weekly maintenance. If additional labor or multiple visits are required, Green to Clean Pool Pros will provide a recommendation and estimate before performing the work whenever practical.
Chemicals Included
Your monthly service includes the standard maintenance chemicals required to maintain proper water balance during normal operating conditions, including:
- Liquid Chlorine
- Muriatic Acid
- pH Adjustment Chemicals
- Alkalinity Increaser
- Calcium Hardness Increaser
- Stabilizer (CYA) as reasonably required during routine maintenance
Our goal is to maintain clean, safe, properly balanced water throughout the year.
Corrective Maintenance & Extraordinary Chemical Usage
Routine weekly service assumes your pool equipment is operating properly and that recommended maintenance is performed when necessary.
Maintaining proper water chemistry depends on adequate circulation, clean filtration, proper water levels, and properly functioning equipment. When these conditions are not present, additional chemicals alone may not correct the underlying issue.
If our technician identifies conditions requiring corrective maintenance, Green to Clean Pool Pros will notify you and provide our recommendation before proceeding whenever practical.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Filter Cleaning
- Cartridge Replacement
- Water Exchange due to Excessive Stabilizer (High CYA)
- Equipment Repair or Replacement
- Leak Repair
- Salt Additions
- Specialty Chemical Treatments
- Phosphate Removal
- Metal Treatments
- Algae Remediation
- Green Pool Recovery
If recommended corrective maintenance is declined or delayed, Green to Clean Pool Pros cannot guarantee normal chemical consumption or water quality.
Additional chemicals or specialty treatments required because of declined recommendations, equipment failure, excessive water loss, contamination, neglected maintenance, or other conditions outside routine weekly service may be billed separately with customer approval.
If a pool consistently requires extraordinary chemical usage due to unresolved equipment issues, excessive stabilizer (CYA), inadequate filtration, customer-declined recommendations, water loss, or other conditions beyond routine weekly maintenance, Green to Clean Pool Pros reserves the right to:
- Require corrective maintenance before continuing chemical-inclusive service;
- Bill separately for extraordinary chemicals or specialty treatments with customer approval; or
- Adjust the monthly service rate to reflect the additional labor and chemical costs required to properly maintain the pool.
Green to Clean Pool Pros will always make reasonable efforts to discuss available options with the customer before implementing any changes.
Our goal is always to identify and correct the underlying cause rather than simply adding more chemicals.
Repairs
Our technicians will notify you whenever repairs are recommended.
Repairs will not be performed without customer approval except in emergency situations necessary to prevent damage to pool equipment or protect the pool from further loss.
Repair estimates may be provided electronically or verbally.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Maintain the pool water level at approximately the midpoint of the skimmer opening.
- Ensure utilities remain active and pool equipment is operational.
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool on scheduled service days.
- Secure pets during scheduled service visits.
- Notify Green to Clean Pool Pros of any changes to gate codes, pets, contact information, or property access.
Service Schedule
Pools are serviced once each week on a regularly scheduled route.
Service days may occasionally change due to:
- Holidays
- Severe Weather
- Equipment Emergencies
- Route Optimization
- Other Unforeseen Circumstances
Green to Clean Pool Pros observes Thanksgiving and Christmas to allow our employees time with their families. During these holiday weeks, regular service may be adjusted. Prior to the holiday, technicians will ensure your pool receives the appropriate chemical treatment to help maintain proper water quality until the next scheduled visit.
If your service day changes, every effort will be made to notify you in advance.
